Day 3 - South Dakota Tour

We left the motel at Sioux Falls at 8:30.  Our first stop was at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD.  We had a very interesting tour and had lunch there.
Then on toward the Badlands. While traveling we saw hundreds of acres of corn and soybeans.  We also saw many wind turbines and acres of sunflower.
We had a rest stop at the Dignity Statue in Chamberlain, SD.
Then a few miles down the road we had set our clocks back an hour.
After another rest stop at the "1880 South Dakota Town," we went on to Badlands National Park.
We made the 39 mile loop through the Badlands before having supper at the Millstone Family Restaurant in Rapid City, SD.
Then on to the motel where we will stay for four nights which was just a mile away.
